| The Custer County Conservation District strives to help find funds, hold education classes, and develop strategies and technical assistance to conserve and use natural resources to improve the economy and well being of the Custer County Rural land owners.

| MISSION STATEMENT
The Custer Conservation District is a local entity organized under state law to implement conservation practices, provide information, regarding natural resources and assist landowners and organizations. Partnerships are used to direct appropriate assistance from NRCS, Division of Wildlife, Colorado Forest Service, US Forest Service, CSU Cooperative Extension and other agencies.
These efforts are made to protect the natural resources for future generations.
